Arnold offers her patients cutting-edge technology and has wonderful results. She has pioneered breast care in Augusta, Georgia, which has created less pain, suffering, and risks for patients. Arnold frequently uses secure technology such as breast tumor localization devices that put patient outcomes before the provider's convenience. The Leadership Augusta Awards celebrate alumni who offer a model of achievement for everyone in CSRA communities.

The Georgia Student Service Award (GSSA) is an effort to engage high school youth (grades 9 to 12) in service and support the development of Georgia citizens who are committed to lifelong service to their communities. The Clay Adamson Facilities Services Employee of the Year award recognizes excellence in the work performance during the previous year of an employee of the Facilities Services Division at Augusta University.
The Georgia Occupational Leadership Award (GOAL) is co-sponsored statewide by the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and the State Board of Technical and Adult Education. Rotaract is a service club for young men and women ages 18 to 30 who are dedicated to community and international service.
